Life is a mélange of colors and flavors.. sometimes it's your favorite one and other times it's not!





When things seem tough and stress takes over, remind yourself it’s just momentary. Handle it wisely. How you reciprocate to a situation is all that matters. Calm your mind and channelise your negative thoughts. Positive talks and humour can make a difference. Every individual has his or her own way. Figure out what is yours - soothing music, brisk walking, relishing a favourite dish, reading, or simply talking to someone close to you.

Be kind and nice to yourself ... pamper and appreciate yourself. Express gratitude for all the blessings you have. You can feel gratitude for the smallest of moments —  a warm cosy bed, a bright sunny morning, or even just the thought of being alive!
