Festivity Turning Into Bitterness
Yesterday was Eid, the much awaited festival that marked the
end of the month of Ramadan. I celebrated it with my family like many other
muslims around the world. Today even when the hangover of Eid was not
completely over there was something that caused a deep pain in my heart. Something that
perturbed me to the extent that I felt sad and really let down..
The positivity of eid and the festive mood took a backseat….
It was an article by a Gaza Civilian sharing his horrifying
experience that he (along with others) witnessed yesterday night. It was a true
tale of horror. Even while the rest of world was celebrating Eid, there was
this particular building in Gaza that was witnessing death. The bombs dropped
near and around the building made the occupants huddle together. The shattered
windows, the shaking walls, the light of flames, the deafening sounds of
bombings…they were experiencing all this and were waiting for their final time.
What a moment would have been that. I shudder even to think at the prospect of
me being caught up in such a situation.
I just hope this massacre comes to its end. Lives have gone,
buildings and homes turned to rubbles, places desolated and people shattered. All
this is painful. Being a human it makes me sad to know about all the horrifying
incidents doing rounds in Palestine. Bloodstains, rubbles, corpses and signs of
destruction everywhere.. I feel its some kind of sadistic pleasure that the
Israeli troops are experiencing with their ongoing killing spree.
My human mind fails completely to understand how cruel can a
heart be. It seems the Israeli troops have started enjoying the slaughtering
game that they have ventured into. Killing scores of innocents and ruining a whole city into
debris.. needs ‘no heart’. Only one deprived of human heart can remain
untouched by the plight of Gaza. The pogrom continues and how long it will go
on is uncertain..
The end is destined for all. All the innocents whose lives
have been cut short by the powerful shells and bullets will get what they
deserve in the other world. Let the devils become more devlish and let their heartless
actions continue. They too will see the inevitable, they too will depart to the
next world with their own deeds. The injustice done and actus reus they are doing will pay them back.
It's really a shame for d mankind to do such a deed let alone encourage it. We can just pray for all dis to end soon.

Heartless people can kill this way. No, they are not people or humans... beasts are better...
